Articles of Use — Binding Conditions

Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 June 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website aibusinessearn.pro and the educational apprenticeship services offered by AIBusinessEarn Inc. (“we”, “us”, “the Hall”), a federal corporation registered in Ontario operating a chartered tradescraft hall for AI apprenticeship. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

1. Subject and Nature of Services

AIBusinessEarn Inc. provides vocational educational services in the form of AI craft apprenticeship, including drafting of articles of indenture, supervised livery hours, panel chamber examination preparation, and conferral ceremonies with apprentice pin and ribbon seal. Our services are exclusively educational and ceremonial in purpose. We conduct no business of commerce, offer no opportunity for monetary gain, no franchise arrangement, and no guarantee of placement, employment, or revenue. The word “Business” in our name refers to the archaic English sense of “the proper business at hand”; the word “Earn” refers to earning one's apprentice pin through supervised practice — never to earning money in any form.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this website, submitting the contact form, or entering into articles of indenture, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated versions on this page. Material changes affecting active apprentices will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Registration and First Contact

To begin an apprenticeship, you must submit an inquiry through the contact form, by email, or by telephone. The warden of apprentices will schedule an introductory consultation. If both parties agree to proceed, the scribe drafts articles of indenture specifying the scope of services, livery hour requirements, fees, and cancellation terms. Articles must be signed before supervised practice commences. You must provide accurate contact information and notify us promptly of any changes.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable GST/HST (BN 814 729 305 RT0001). Programme prices displayed on /programs.php are indicative ranges; final quotes depend on chosen format, number of sessions, and optional master craftsman accompaniment. Payment terms are specified in the articles of indenture. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of thirty percent is required upon signing, with the balance due before conferral ceremony or upon completion of the final livery hour. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Late payments may result in suspension of livery hours until the account is current.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before services commence: If you cancel after signing articles but before the first livery hour, you may receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of CA$ 75, provided cancellation occurs within ten days of signing (cooling-off period under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, Section 28, for distance contracts).

After services commence: Cancellation after the first livery hour is subject to a pro-rata refund for unused sessions, minus a cancellation fee of fifteen percent of the remaining balance. No refund is available for completed livery hours, panel chamber examinations already conducted, or conferral ceremonies already performed.

By the Hall: We may terminate articles of indenture with thirty days' written notice if the apprentice fails to attend scheduled sessions without reasonable cause, violates hall standards, or engages in conduct disruptive to the panel chamber. A pro-rata refund for unused prepaid sessions will be issued.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method.

6. Obligations of the Provider

We agree to: provide services as described in signed articles of indenture; maintain qualified master craftsman supervision; keep accurate ledger records; conduct panel chamber examinations fairly and independently; apply ribbon seals and confer apprentice pins upon successful completion; respond to inquiries within forty-eight business hours; and maintain PIPEDA-compliant handling of personal information.

7. Obligations of the Participant

You agree to: attend scheduled livery hours or provide twenty-four hours' notice of cancellation; complete assigned practice work with honest effort; respect the ceremonial standards of the hall; not record panel chamber proceedings without written consent; not misrepresent the nature of our services or credentials conferred; and provide accurate information in all communications with the warden and scribe.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, hall materials, articles of indenture templates, examination rubrics, and ceremonial texts are the intellectual property of AIBusinessEarn Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission. Work produced by apprentices during supervised livery hours remains the property of the apprentice, except where articles of indenture specify otherwise in writing. Apprentices may not use the AIBusinessEarn name, logo, or guild crest in commercial materials without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost wages, lost employment opportunities, or career outcomes. Our services do not guarantee any career result; outcomes depend on personal, sectoral, and economic factors beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence or fraud.

10. Personal Data

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the contact form, you consent to collection and use as described therein. CASL-compliant consent is required for commercial electronic messages.

11. Website Use

You may not: use automated systems to scrape website content; attempt unauthorised access to server systems; submit false information through the contact form; interfere with website operation; or use the website for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to block access for violations.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, specifically the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, including the right to seek remedies through provincial consumer protection mediation services.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting the warden of apprentices at [email protected]. If unresolved within thirty days, either party may pursue remedies available under Ontario law, including filing a complaint with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement (consumer protection) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (privacy matters).

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
